Eziagulu Otu, Anambra East LGA – A grim discovery has been made in Eziagulu Otu as members of the Udo ga achi security team apprehended a gang of suspected ritualists and human parts sellers. The arrests follow the brutal murder of Mr. Samuel, a young commercial motorcycle rider from Ivite Aguleri.
According to confessions from those in custody, the alleged gang leader, Chief Chinaka Udealor (currently at large), reportedly lured Samuel to his home. There, Samuel was allegedly stabbed and shot, his body parts harvested, and then sold to a native doctor.
One of the suspects, Mr. Ifeanyi Ogbanje, provided a chilling account of the events. He stated that another individual, Marcel Bad, called Samuel around 8 PM, inviting him to join a drinking session at Chinaka’s house. Upon Samuel’s arrival, he was allegedly restrained, stabbed by Chinaka, and then shot in the head by Ogbanje.
Ogbanje further confessed that after Samuel’s death, Chinaka dismembered the body, and the remains were disposed of in a nearby river. Ogbanje claimed he received N40,000 for his role, which he used to purchase fertilizer. His confession was corroborated by another suspect, Mr. Emeka Ekwealor.
The suspects have since led the Udo Ga-Achi Anambra East security team to the alleged crime scene, Chinaka’s parlor, as investigations continue. Authorities are actively searching for Chief Chinaka Udealor.
