Naira depreciates, exchanges at 456.50 to Dollar

At the Investors and Exporters Window on Friday, the naira was exchanged for 456.50 to the dollar.

Compared to the N456.25 it exchanged on Thursday, the amount represented a loss of 0.05 percent.

On Friday, the open indicative rate reached a high of N451.38 to the dollar.

Before it closed at N456.50, the exchange rate for the day’s trade reached a high of N452 to the dollar.

On Friday, transactions at the official Investors and Exporters window totaled N155.86 million- Valid View Network reports
