President Tinubu’s Easter Message to the Nation

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended heartfelt Easter greetings to Christians in Nigeria and around the world, urging all Nigerians to embrace hope, unity, and the enduring values of sacrifice and love as the nation commemorates the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ—the cornerstone of the Christian faith.

The President called on citizens to reflect on the significance of the Holy Week, emphasizing the importance of sacrifice, redemption, and hope during these challenging times. He reaffirmed his commitment to delivering on the promise of a Renewed Hope, pledging to build a more just and prosperous Nigeria for all.

Expressing deep sorrow over recent tragic incidents and loss of lives in some parts of the country, President Tinubu assured Nigerians that restoring peace and security remains a top priority for his administration. He stated that the Armed Forces and security agencies have been directed to act decisively and swiftly, and praised the courage of security personnel working to reclaim peace and stability.
