Compton, CA – Donte Lamont Brown, 41, fatally shot his former girlfriend, Tameeka ‘La’Von’ Hall, 45, and her daughter, Ma’Laysia ‘Lay Lay’ Martin, 22, on Tuesday in Compton, Southern Los Angeles County.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that the shooting occurred at a red light. Brown allegedly drove up to the victims’ car and opened fire while they were stopped at the intersection. Hall and Martin were pronounced dead at the scene.

Brown fled immediately after the shooting and is currently at large. The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.
